This apartment is on the upper ground floor of the building. It overlooks the city skyline in front with an abundance of greenery. It offers a spacious and capacious living room with elegant and modern decor that will make your senses feel luxurious. There are two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and an attached bathroom. There’s access to the balcony from every bedroom.



A kitchen so spacious and organized you wouldn’t want to not cook in it.



There a balcony in the apartment for you to make use of some fresh air.



P.S. The balcony is the only designated smoking area on the property. Smoking inside the house carries a fine of Rs. 5000/- per offence.



Guest Access:

The whole apartment is yours during your stay. Expect no hindrance from my side, considering my house rules are taken care of.



Other Things to Note:

My neighbors do not appreciate disturbance at night. Keep balcony doors (all of them) shut if you are playing mellow music inside the house. Also, avoid loud conversations while being on the balcony(especially at night time)



Smoking inside the house is strictly banned. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. Rs5000/- fine per offense



Hookah/sheesha is strictly prohibited anywhere in the house and is non-negotiable. Defaulters to be fined Rs10,000/-



Playing mellow music up to 25 units on the TV in the living room is permissible. (25 units is decent enough for you to have a good time)



Playing music beyond that is an offence, and the fine is Rs 10,000/-

Getting personal speakers/woofer systems is not allowed.
