Hot tub was broken. Queen suite was was too small to be able to get out of bed on the window side. Towels were stiff Breakfast was great with fresh eggs. Room was clean.

Disappointed that the pool and hot tub are out of order. According to other reviews, this has been out of order for quite a bit of time. This was not reported anywhere so we would have been aware. Upon check in, the receptionist called her manager, who (after asking how much we paid for the room) said she would not discount it bc it was paid for already - even tho they JUST ran my card less than 3 minutes prior to this. Very disappointed. Won't be back.
