청결도가 너무 떨어져요. 객실 슬리퍼도 1회용을 주시던지 깨끗한걸로 제공했으면 좋겠어요. 신고 싶지않아서 그냥 맨발로 이용했어요. 욕실 슬리퍼도 찢어져있던데 청소할때 미리 교체해주셨어야 하지 않나 싶습니다. 그리고 하루 지나면 객실 휴지통이라도 비워주셔야하지 않을까요? 주차 시설도 투숙객이 아닌 다른 이용객들과 같이 사용해야해서 불편합니다.

객실이 넓고 침구도 포근하고 보이는 곳은 깨끗해서 만족한 숙박이었습니다. 하지만 보이지 않는 카페트 아래는 청소상태가 엉망이었습니다. 뭔가 밟히는 느낌이 들어 들춰보니 음료수 뚜껑이 있고, 여성용품도 있더군요.. 너무 놀랐습니다. 차라리 카페트를 깔지 않는것이 더 나을 것 같다는 생각이 들었습니다. 보이지 않는 곳 청소도 신경써 주세요

정신없이 살다보니 어느새 아이들 방학이 되었어여! 갑자기 급하게 알아보다 후기가 넘무 좋아 결정하게 되었는데 결과는 대대대대대 만족이었어영! 일반 룸으로 결정했는데.. 아이들이 있으니 플레이 룸으로 업그레이드 해주시면서 친절하게 안내해주셨어여🙏 시작부터 감동이었는데 방에 드머서자 애이들은 정신줄을 놓더라구여!! 지내는 동안 아이들이 너무 좋아하고 체크아웃시 아쉬워했어여! 저 역시 관리 잘 되고, 편의시설 세탁기, 건조기, 전자레인지 거기다 보드게임까지! 어느하나 빠찌고 모자람이 없는데.. 도보 거리에 편의점, 식당까지 정말 지금까지 다녀본 곳 중에 TOP3 안에 들정도 입니다! 친절하게 환대해주신 직원분들도 감사드리고 이번 여름 방학이 끝나기 전에 한번 더 가기로 아이들과 약속했습니다! 정말 감사합니다! 덕분에 좋은 추억 많이 만들었습니당! 곧 또 갈게여😍
