From scenic summer walks to nearby ski access in the winter, this three-bedroom retreat boasts convenient access to all the best that the Vail Valley has to offer. Built in 2020, the home comes full equipped for modern comfort.

Make the most of outdoor living with backyard barbecues on the gas grill or grab the pickleball paddles, soccer ball, football, basketball, and frisbee for some family-friendly recreation. Explore the neighborhood and enjoy wintertime fun with two sets of snowshoes and two sleds provided.

The stainless steel kitchen comes well-appointed for family style meal prep with a full suite of appliances, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. After the day's adventures, unwind in the living room with shows and movies on the smart TV or bust out the provided board games for some old-school entertainment. Home essentials include central heat, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to highway 6. Home is clean with everything needed for an enjoyable time. Washer dryer worked great. Plenty of dishes and cookware for meal preparations.
