The criuise we are on is the Amanda Deluxe Cruise. The Good - the staffs are friendly and always served with a smile. I'd like to praise our tour manager Ariel specially for her professionalism. She lost her cellphone while trying to keep guest from falling off the bamboo boat. She continued to serve with a smile despite losing a phone that could cost her a month's salary plus vital informations that may not be recoverable. The bad - the dinner was good. However the French-style portions are not enough for hungry guests after a full day of activities. A side supplememts of fried rice or pizza would be nice for those the guests are still hungry. The ugly - Rooms are clean, decor is slightly outdated. The worst part is the hotwater for shower. It took around 10 minutes for the water to get hot and the pressure is low. I think this a waste of water resources. Overall, the tour was enjoyable and can be perfect if my suggestions are implemented.

Bom custo benefício.

O serviço de transfer ida e volta foi muito bom. O check-in no píer tb foi organizado. O quarto é amplo e corresponde às fotos. As atividades são boas e tivemos muita sorte no primeiro dia com um pôr do sol maravilhoso. Poderia ter um menu com uma opção de pasta ou peixe, ainda que pagássemps mais por isso. Não como carne e só sobrava camarão para mim. O manager Toni e a pessoa que me atendeu pelo whatsapp foram sensacionais. Fiz uma massagem no quarto muito ruim e cara. Parecia que a mulher estava fazendo era carinho, não massagem. Era pra ser no pé e foi na perna. No segundo dia estava lotado e mudaram a nossa mesa no restaurante, isso me desagradou. O lugar é lindo e vale a pena fazer o tour de 2 noites e 3 dias.
