This cruise ship's 2 day, 1 night itinerary includes the following: 1st Day: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor in Ha Long Bay by noon for embarkation. Welcome drink and cruise briefing. Lunch, then visit to Sung Sot cave. Stop at Soi Sim Island or Titop Island for swimming and sunbathing. Return to the boat to relax on the sundeck, followed by a cooking class. Dinner at 7 PM, followed by karaoke or squid fishing. 2nd Day: Breakfast at 7 AM, followed by check-out and sailing to harbor. Lunch at 11 AM and return to Hanoi at 12:30 PM. Guests arrive in Hanoi at 5:30 PM.
Guests must contact this cruise ship 1 day in advance to arrange transportation from Hanoi - Old Quarter, which is 4 hours away by car. A daily roundtrip transfer from Hanoi to Ha Long departs between 7:45-8 AM. Following the cruise, a van will transport guests back to Hanoi.

An amazing cruise with QA who truly was the perfect host and guide. We read many positive reviews for the Golden Star Cruise and we weren’t disappointed. Collected on time from our hotel in Hanoi for a seamless transfer to Halong pier. We did the 2 day 1 night option which we feel is the minimum we’d advise. Many activities included on the cruise such as kayaking and swimming which not a lot of cruise (if any) allow. QA was brilliant at making us feel comfortable for an enjoyable trip. He advised on the best places to fly our drone when we stopped and also outside the caves. Highly recommend!

We did a 2 day/1 night cruise and it was the perfect way to see Halong Bay. Our tour guide Arrow looked after us really well, had excellent knowledge of the area and spoke really good English. We did loads of fun activities like Kayaking, hiking, cooking classes and exploring caves. All food is provided on the boat inclusive of the price but you have to buy your own drinks which are cheap enough. Definitely worth the price we paid. If you’re thinking of going to Halong, go with Golden Star cruise!

I highly recommend this for anyone! amazing food accommodation and Kevin was wonderful and full of Information. great as a solo traveller I met incredible people and the activities were great. A must do for halong bay
