Lovely stay in clean environment

Was a lovely stay in a clean room with helpful staff. Unfortunately I was sick on my one full day there so did not explore the local area. The main bars seem to be a 20 minute drive away though.

Good vicinity. Near to a park and VinCom Plaza.

We book 3 rooms n the size is ok. Except one room which room smells because of the toilet ventilator was bad. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. Front desk staff is friendly n courteous. Help us also to book a good price package tour to SunWorld.

Nice Rooms, Bad Location, Bad Service

I'd only recommend staying here if you won't rely on this hotel for help with anything. The rooms are nice and spacious and modern but the service is atrocious. The hotel is also located in the middle of nowhere with very few restaurants around. There is a nice view near the hotel though. We booked a boat tour with the hotel when we checked in which turned out to be a fiasco. We knew it was much more expensive than booking on our own but figured going through the hotel was easier. When we checked out, we had to ask for our passports back otherwise they wouldn't have given them back. The minivan that took us to the pier was falling apart and they crammed people into it but we were okay with that. What we weren't okay with was all that ensued afterward - we were told we could store our bags at their office by the pier but that wasn't the case. The boat tour was canceled due to bad weather and we had to insist on the tour operators calling the hotel to confirm where to drop us off as they just said they would take us back to the hotel when we'd already checked out and booked a bus to Hanoi through the hotel which stopped by the pier. We were dropped off at a restaurant, told to wait 30 minutes when in actual fact we waited over an hour, and when the bus arrived it was sent away by someone who then had to call it back and we were very rudely told the bus was full and we had to take plastic chairs from the restaurant onto the bus - when we had paid for tickets the day before.

for the price the hotel was very nice especially the staff were even better. even tho the location is a bit isolated is was a walkable distance to vincom plaza, a big shopping mall but there wasnt a safe in the room...

Very nice place from which to explore Ha Long Bay

Very adequate accommodation. Laundry and prices exceptional. Location a little out of the way. Delightful staff. Unfortunately no restaurant facilities apart from the limited breakfast.

The hotel was under construction for expansion. Located fairly quiet place and breakfast on the top floor was pleasing with some outside views. Also a park was near by for convenient for some exercizes or even for a night walk.

良い点: フロントの方は、流暢な英語を話せる方が多く、フレンドリー。ハロン湾マラソンのスタート地点まで歩ける距離。 悪い点: 禁煙ルームをお願いしたがタバコ臭かった。 シャワーを浴びると外に水漏れするので、トイレなどの床がびちょびちょになる。
