- Location: on a quiet, scenic road that runs along the banks of the Great Sacandaga Lake, the cottage is the perfect home base for outdoor activities as well as day trips to popular areas such as Saratoga Springs and Lake George for great food, shopping, day spas, and nightlife. Hiking and mountain biking trails, white water rafting, boat rentals and more are all within 30 minutes of the cottage. There is a public boat launch just 5 minutes up the road with plenty of parking so bring the boat and enjoy!




Uber and Lyft do not service this rural area; please plan on commuting.

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING:

- Lake access is approximately a 3 minute walk along a wooded trail; this may not be suitable or accessible for the elderly or anyone with mobility issues.
- Most cell phone carriers do not have service at the cottage; we do, however, have WiFi
- The third bedroom has a twin bunkbed which is only suitable/ comfortable for children or small adults. We do have a queen pull out couch with a door for privacy in the game room.
- We have a local property management company on call 24/7 should you need anything or have any questions during your stay.
- Great Sacandaga Lake is a reservoir and water levels vary significantly depending on the time of year and amount of rain we have had. Please be aware that this is out of our control, and consider checking water levels online before your arrival.
- 5 steps are required to enter the home
- if staying during the winter season, please be aware that this is a remote area and we get a lot of snow. Prepare for slippery conditions and the possibility of being "snowed in" during significant snow storms as the town does not clear the roads immediately. Our plow company will plow the driveway and walkway after 3 inches. Plowing is NOT immediate and there may be significant snow accumulation until the plow can get there after storm ends. Turn on the fireplace, play some games and get cozy!

- Please respect quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am
- We have 2 cameras on the property; one facing the front driveway area and the other facing the backyard. Neither camera can see anywhere inside the home.

This cottage offers its guests barbecue grills and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
