Warm hospitality, clean and spacious room with expansive view of the city, topped by the best breakfast of our three month (so far) East Asia trip. We wish to thank the Pullman team for our unforgetable 4 night stay inclusive of the New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. You have set the bar so high, that we have yet to find another hotel that even came close 10 days further down into the trip. We will return.

First class in every aspect. Very friendly and courteous staff. The breakfast buffet was the best we have ever had and the service was incredible. In the heart of downtown Hai Phong is very walkable to exquisite local food and nightlife. The rooms were very clean and elegant. Very reasonably priced. A must stay if you are ever in Hai Phong
