This beautifully presented large four bedroom villa is situated on the gated community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club with fantastic views over the second fairway. The 26 feet long wonderful swimming pool has been resurfaced and tiled. Pool Heating is available for an additional fee. The large extended pool deck is furnished with six sun loungers and a table with ten chairs, there is also a covered area providing shade from the Florida sun, under which you can relax with friends round the table with a ceiling fan providing a cool breeze and a light over the table for those late nights. NEW from summer 2025 6 Burner Gas Grill.

Inside the home there is a sitting room at the rear of the house containing a 65 inch, smart TV and Spectrum cable TV box. There are two comfortable sofas. FREE WIFI .The fully stocked kitchen provides all you need to prepare a family meal, with coffee maker, toaster, stainless steel microwave, and side by side Fridge Freezer,kettle stove and dishwasher. The kitchen has granite countertops with a wide peninsula and 4 countertop height chairs. There is a formal dining room seating eight at the front of the house where the second sitting room can be found, also containing two comfortable sofas

The master suite has a King bed with en-suite bathroom with separate shower, large corner bath and a walk in closet containing a safe. 55 inch TV and Spectrum cable TV box.
The second Master bedroom has a queen bed, 42inch Smart TV and Spectrum cable TV box. The en-suite bathroom, has a bath with shower. The two twin bedded rooms have two beds and 24inch Roku smart TVs. TheY share the third bathroom which also contains a bath with a shower

All bathrooms have granite countertops .
There is a games room in the garage where there is a Pool table and foosball table. The garage also contains, two sets of golf clubs, tennis rackets and two bicycles in the games room and a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Our management company can provide high chairs, Cots and strollers for an additional charge for each item.

Southern Dunes Golf course is a PGA course - one of the best public courses in Florida, and is within easy reach of the wonderful beaches on both coasts, mall and outlet shopping, great restaurants and bars and all the theme parks you could wish for. Also on the property is a gym, tennis courts and a large communal pool, the golf club is welcoming and friendly, with a great, breakfast, lunch and dinner menu.

This home and location could not have been better. Clean and modern with a wonderful view of the golf course. Restaurants and grocery shopping are within walking distance or short drive. Richard was an amazing host. Responding to any questions we had almost immediately. Cannot thank him enough. Would stay again if Richard’s home wasn’t constantly booked which in itself tells you it’s the high quality of the property.

Don't hesitate to book this beautiful home! From the moment we entered the front door, we were so impressed! We have rented many times before and this was the "best"! The home is very clean and updated with all you could need for a vacation. We slept better in the beds than we do at home... They were so comfortable. Golf getaway

I have nothing negative to say about the property or our stay. The home was large, spacious and well laid out. Roomy kitchen with everything we needed during our stay. House was impeccably clean which we appreciated. Lovely pool/patio area with a spectacular view of the second fairway of Southern Dunes golf course. Richard was attentive as a host, provided all info for an easy check in and made sure we were settled in and happy. Would definitely rent this property again if we vacation in the area.

This is our second year staying in Richard and Helen's beautiful home! We love waking up to the pool, nature, and golf course view. The up-grades they have done in the house are super and the space is just right. The extra details are just right! Richard checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The home is in a great location to shopping, parks, and adventures! This year we skipped the parks and enjoyed nature! Try out the airboats and manatee! This spacious property is beautiful and well located .The pool is great for the children. As it on a gated community it felt safe. Close to shops and amenities. Although we were out nearly every day at disney it was lovely to come back to a relaxing environment. We as a family had great holiday.

Amazing Stay

We stayed at this property last year and again this year. February & March. The home is very lovely with granite counter tops throughout. All new kitchen appliances this year. The home is spacious and the pool is great. Neighbors are friendly permanent residents. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. We love this home. Thank you Richard and Helen. Absolutely fantastic!!

The home is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Southern Dunes backing onto a golf course. It's approximately 1/2 hour from Disney Parks and easily accessible to major highways. It's a gorgeous home that's very well looked after. The communication between home owners and I have been absolutely fantastic. Richard responds to all questions in a timely manner leaving no stones unturned. Highly recommend this gorgeous property!

Clean, Fun, and just a Great Place to stay.

This place was the perfect place for my family. We made a Legoland trip for the kids and this house was situated far enough from the chaos of theme park while being close enough for us to travel back and forth. The house provided us with plenty to do from the pool with all of the floaties to all the puzzles and games to keep everyone entertained. The wood puzzle is such a great brain teaser too. The house was clean and provided us with everything to keep us comfortable. To the owners, thank you for lending us your home and for being such great hosts!

2 week Golfing Holiday

The house was exactly as advertised, roomy, clean and well located for us. Swimming pool was great, we rented a Bar-B-Q and alternated evening meals going out. Richard and Helen the owners responded to any questions immediately and were very helpful. Would definitely recommend and would go again !

Very Nice Rental

We enjoyed our stay. The private pool and other amenities available give you many choices for leisure activities. The house is well maintained and all appliances are in good working order. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve meals. The gated community is a great place for a walk, bike ride, tennis or golf. The property owner communicated very well and is a joy to work with. I’d recommend this property to anyone wanting a great stay in central Florida.
