* Heated private pool on request - all day sun with beautiful sunsets. The temperature reaches a range of 78 to 82 degrees Fahrenheit, However if we get cold temperatures overnight then the heating system will struggle to meet these temperatures.

*Pool Heat is available for an additional charge of $55 per day with a 4-night minimum. You may request it at any time. Please note- it takes at least 24 hours to heat a pool, is not a spa.

*Air Conditioning is set up to go NOT below 72 degrees Fahrenheit (24.4 degrees Celsius) 78 degrees Fahrenheit is the temperature recommended buy utility companies and news media, not below

My new fully furnished 4 bedroom luxurious villa is equipped to the highest standard and everything you need for your perfect dream holiday is here including all linen, towels and kitchenware. There is plenty of accommodation to sleep from 2 to 8 people so it is ideal for 2 families to share and enjoy. It is also perfect for 1 family to spread out and relax in comfort! No carpet throughout the all property.

Great care and attention has been paid to the choice of furnishings and décor to offer you the very highest standards and comforts home from home.

The superb spacious master bedroom includes: a king size bed, LCD cable TV, DVD, walk in wardrobes, twin vanity units, and en-suite bathrooms.

The other two bedrooms include: queen size beds and LCD cable`s TV, DVD, one walk in wardrobes, twin vanity units, and one with a en-suite bathrooms.

The lounge is tailed and accommodates a new set of leather sofas of one, two and three seats.

A superb gas heated pool with built in spa, extended pool deck and upgraded furniture is the height of luxury, allowing you to chill out and relax and after a fun filled day at the parks or golfing. The pool gets sun all day with beautiful sunsets. To cap it all, there is a covered furnished lanai (patio) area and with its own ceiling fan - unadulterated luxury to complement the perfect holiday.

There is a games room in the garage including a tennis table, football table, pool table, darts board and exercise bike,

The fully fitted kitchen includes fridge freezer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all necessary appliances, cutlery, plates etc. There is a laundry room with full size washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

All bathrooms are provided with hairdryers and white towels (not face cloths neither hand towels)

The villa is air-conditioned throughout with additional ceiling fans with remote control in every single room

Nice property and location!

Overall nice home and the property looks just like the online pics! We needed a place to stay ( in for a funeral) and the owner was quick to respond (much appreciated). My only real issue was the attention to detail needed for cleanliness. Let me be clear, I don't blame this on the owner but the cleaning crew; they definitely need reprimand. The property is too nice for that. The location is great; Walmart, Dollar store, Loews and plenty of restaurants close by. Overall nice (gated) property.

Nice neighbourhood

The property is spacious with tile and hardwood floors.Makes it easier for cleaning.Well outfitted with towels and bedding.Could use some additional glassware but plenty of dishes and pots and pans.Used the pool heat for 3 weeks and it was comfortable.Patio furniture is dated and short a chair.Spoke to owner and is will look to change it upon his next visit. Overall a good experience and would stay here again.

Family Vacation

We had a great time at the property. The house and complex was very nice. The weather was great and we made much use of the pool. 2 negatives I would mention are the air in house could only be down to 76 and it was quite warm at times and we had had trouble opening garage to take out trash. I left message with the number published in the information book for assistance and no one returned my call. Luckily we did get the garage open and did not need assistance.

Very nice property

This is a very nice house to stay in. Check-in is super easy, just punch in a code in a lockbox at the entrance to get the key. There are some minor issues that need to be addressed, but these are things that the property's management team needs to take care of and not any knock on the owner. The house is spacious, very tastefully furnished, and is conveniently close to restaurants, shopping, and theme parks. The beds are comfortable and provide a good night's sleep. Some things that the property doesn't provide and you will need to bring: -dish soap or dishwasher detergent and sponge -garbage bags -extra towels (property provides a few, but not enough) -extra bathroom tissue -corkscrew for opening wine bottle -paper towels -pool toys Other things to note: There was a lot of dust/lint/crumbs under the heavy furniture pieces. One of the tabs in the master bath vertical blind rail is broken and the blind cannot be inserted. You have to prop the blind in place so there is not a huge gap in the blinds and anybody passing by cannot look in. One of the plastic patio chairs was broken and unusable. The same chair had some several laughable repairs done to it with zip ties. There is a Lowes 2 minutes away and why the property management company didn't spend $20 to replace the chair was beyond me. Also, the plastic part of the pool skimmer that attaches to the long pole was completely broken. To skim the tree seeds that fall in the pool, I had to actually get in the pool and skim with just the mesh net in my hands. The screen enclosure of the patio doesn't seem to have any holes in it, but somehow seeds from the overhead trees seem to fall in and do need to be skimmed out. In the garage/games room, the floor is slightly sloped. The billiards table has been propped up at one end to correct for the slope. The foosball table, however, has not and the ball rolls towards one side. The billiards table is okay for a casual game, but is showing its age. It's rickety and unstable. Also, the felt isn't perfectly smooth anymore and the balls roll a bit strangely at times. There is an electronic dart board, but no batteries are provided for it. Replacement dart tips are not provided. The house is advertised as having a PlayStation console. Forget about using it, though, as it's an obsolete PlayStation 2 and no power cord is provided. All in all, a pretty good place to stay, and with a little more attention to detail, would get 5 stars.

The only thing I would have liked better, I asked for the pool to be heated before my arrival and it was not in fact and I never got to enjoy that aspect of my stay . Was told all i had to do was say something prior to my stay which i did 3 days in advance .

GROSS!

This property is ROACH INFESTED. They did send someone to spot spray and put out traps. When the pest control person pulled out the refrigerator it was filthy and the roaches were everywhere. Beds were very uncomfortable, towels had holes in them, pillows were like sleeping on a pancake. None of this spells “luxurious” to me. I refused to cook or eat there. Pool was nice. No privacy. Owner stopped responding after telling me “roaches are a nuisance”. I’m asking for a refund.

Fantastic Rental

This was a great home for my family. My teens spent so much time in the game room, even more than the heated pool. Spacious, comfortable and very clean. Owner was fantastic to deal with a quick to respond on anything I had questions on. Would definately stay here again.
