The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place used towels, hand towels, and washcloths in the laundry basket in the laundry room.
Place all trash in the trash can in the garage. If checkout is on Monday please pull trash can and recycle bin to the end of the driveway.
Turn off all lights and televisions before exiting the house. Please be sure to lock the back sliding door and front door upon exiting the villa.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
