宿泊日数が多いということで、シングルのお部屋がアップグレードされて、ミニキッチンや洗濯機のついたお部屋に泊まれました。 前回、宿泊した時にもアップグレードしてもらいました。 お部屋の掃除がきれいにされていて、ホコリや汚れが残っているところは全くなし。 快適に宿泊できました。

10連泊だったので、お部屋がアップグレードされて、ワンルームアパートのようにミニキッチンや洗濯機が付いた、とても広いお部屋でした。 建物自体は、くたびれた感が否めませんが、お部屋はリノベがされ清潔感がありました。 また、この部屋に泊まるために、函館に来たいと思います。

We booked the wrong date & they helped us to amend it, we appreciate their help. The hotel location is about 500m away from Hakodate JR station, but there is a tram station within 2 mins walk (Matsukazecho station). There is a few convenient stores within 300m and a MaxValu supermarket (Cheap foods, snack & almost everything) in 5 mins walk. A McDonald restaurant is just across the road (the hotel provided us two JPY200 vouchers). At the lobby, the hotel provided Free Tea/ Coffee/ Sakae (Japanese beer), Snack & Instant Noodle (self service). The staff can speak English & the service is good.

サウナ使用ができなかった。部屋の中等での下足禁止の使い分けが明瞭でないというか、理由がはっきりしないと感じた。 トイレが狭いなと思ったがこの料金設定なら仕方ないかな。大浴場の洗い場の水の流れが髪が詰まっているのか悪くで水溜りができて、気持ちよく体を洗ったり出来なかった。 無量のレンタサイクルはとっても重宝しました。もっとこの点をアピールしてもいいのではないでしょうか。
