夏場ということもあって、着いたらすでに冷房をつけてもらえていて、大満足でした。 とても景色は素晴らしくて、家の中も綺麗でした！お風呂も綺麗で安心しました。一階は大変満足です。ただ二階は冷房がなかったので暑くて、掛け布団は薄くして欲しかったです。二階にも冷房がつくと嬉しいです！あとは電話対応やチャットにもすぐに応答してもらえて安心でした。 景色は本当に絶景で芦ノ湖が見渡せましたし、駐車場も広くて安心でした。とてもいい思い出になったのでまた是非伺いたいです。箱根ならではの自然と癒しをもらって本当にありがたかったです。また行きます。
