We had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent. Breakfast and dinner were a delicious experience, besides tasty the presentation was gorgeous. We had our own onsen which we enjoyed at our leisure after our long excursions.
This place is cozy and is suitable for family or couple travelers. The staff were very courteous. We ordered in room dinner and breakfast. The food was delicious and very well presented. I give five stars for the food!
We stayed for a night and had the traditional dinner and breakfast, both of which were fantastic and served by the very friendly staff. We stayed in a room with a private onsen with mountain views which was beautiful and definitely worth it. The ryokan is only a 5 minute walk from the main station in the area and it's conveniently located near a lot of shops. We loved our stay and would definitely come again.

Service is great, unique experience with in-room dining. Futon is comfortable and we had a good sleep. No comment on the food since it’s my first time trying authentic Japanese food at ryokan.
Cleanliness could be further improved — we found a caterpillar floating in our room’s onsen in the morning, and we’re not sure where the water comes from. There was also a lot of mold on the walls of our room’s onsen. The cups in our room were dusty, and the hair dryer head kept falling off — it should be replaced.
