The area is beautiful, enjoyed our short weekend getaway, loved that our dog was allowed however, the home sits on the front property of a campground and with no curtains on the front windows, campers coming up the drive could see in our cabin, so we had to hang towels. The cleanliness of the cabin wasnt superbad but could be better. There were some dirty pans in the kitchen cabinet, opened and left food items by previous guests in fridge and cabinets. And I honestly questioned if the sheets really had been washed. The swimming pond has no circulation so its very green, full of lillypads and leaches. The owner answers quickly, the managers, Sis and Jim show great hospitality. If some improvements were done I'd definitely stay again.

Being able to play in the Campground was amazing!!!! So many fun things to do!!!! 180 foot long slide into pond, swing into pond, lake with kayaks, basketball, volleyball, pickleball courts with balls, playground, lots of trails to explore!!! GPS didn’t bring us all the way to the house, look for campground sign. We did wipe out drawers and cabinets before putting food in, but my mom & I might be extra . Thanks for the fun!

Great grounds and attractions

Large house on a great campground with fun attractions: a swimming pond with raft, swing and water slide, a large lake, playground and hiking trails on 400 forested acres.
