This property is for an exclusive club. This home features a 20'x30' covered porch with recessed lighting, outdoor kitchen that features a 36" natural gas fired griddle, 20" wok burner and 30" charcoal grill, 36" prep table and 36" propane fired smoker. It also has 6-person fire table, new 8-person hot tub and a custom built kegerator. The deck also features a 4-person round bar table and a mini-bar that seats 2. The property has easy access to the lake just a short walk downhill or rent the golf cart. Pontoon rental is also available. The home also features a full bar with pool table and Dream Cade V32. The arcade has all the vintage real arcade games we grew up with plus Sega and many other platforms. 2000 plus games to play. Every room in the home has at least a 30" tv with Wi-Fi, U-Tube, Netflix and Amazon Prime. The bathroom features a full sized tub with shower. The shower features a handheld wand and 12" rain shower head. The entire home has been renovated within the last 3 years. It has 3/4" solid oak floors throughout and ceramic tile. It also has a custom built fully functional kitchen with all the appliances you need to prepare any kind of meal. The bedrooms have new beds, and new pillows are furnished after every stay. There is a public beach straight across the lake it is accessible by pontoon rental or roadway. The house is nestled on a 417-acre lake with a lot of privacy.
