Brand new rental on the North Shore, 15 steps from the beach! This property was 100% renovated in January 2023 and everything is in *MINT* condition. Everything is brand new. You're going to love the tasteful decor, the incredibly comfortable beds and sheets, the well-equipped chef's kitchen, etc., but don't kid yourself: you are not coming to the North Shore to spend your days inside! Location Location Location! Our condo is steps from the pristine, turtle populated Haleiwa beach, just to the west of Haleʻiwa Aliʻi Beach Park. Wake each morning to cotton candy pink sunrises and the gentle sound of the ocean lapping the shore. Pop out on the ground floor lanai to give a nod to Mount Kaʻala, the highest mountain on the island of O'ahu, and plan your day from there. Our home is an easy 10 minute walk from all the surf shops, art galleries, grocery stores, and restaurants of Haleʻiwa. If you come in the winter, you might be lucky enough to see the Triple Crown surf competition right from your lanai. In this protected cove, you can go for a morning swim in the crystal clear waters and know that the odds of a turtle encounter are pretty darn good.

We want you to have an amazing time staying here and we've opened up our personal chest to share with our guests. We've thought of amost everything! Help yourself to our 8' foam surfboard, our boogie board, one of six snorkel sets (including some kid sizes), and our beach chairs for your enjoyment. There are two yoga mats you may borrow (I love the North Shore Yoga Co-op) and I'd love for you to play our authentic Hawaiian ukulele!

The entire North Shore is right at your doorstep, but you might be just as happy hanging out right here! As the sun goes down, head on over to the common area BBQ and picnic tables and talk story with the friendly folks who are lucky enough to live here year-round. Be sure to snap a couple of photos of the glowing sunsets as the sun dips below Ka'ena Point and come back outside one more time after dark to see the countless stars. If you already love Hawai'i and feel it in your soul, or want to fall in love with Hawai'i, this is the place to stay.

Every single thing in this unit is brand new. A complete gut renovation was done in January 2023. The walls, the floors, the showers, the toilets, the counters, the cabinets, the furniture, the sheets, the towels, everything is brand brand brand new. High speed WIFI is provided and can be used to stream your favorite apps (hulu, Netflix, Amazon prime, HBO, etc) on the 50” TV. There is a well maintained coin operated laundry on site.

The unit itself has a bedroom with a Queen Bed and an ensuite bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower. There is also a separate bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower, and an open concept kitchen/living room that will also have a comfortable pull out sofa (queen). Personally, I prefer to sleep in the living room as I love to hear the ocean and feel the cool breeze, but no matter where you choose to sleep, four can comfortably fit here and you can know that this is a very quiet, peaceful community. There is a night manager on property and you can know that you are safe and secure in this most special place in the Universe. This home is a dream come true for our family and we are delighted to share it with you. Kids are most welcome here and we left some sand toys for yours to play with.

The kitchen is well stocked and you're going to love cooking here because the view is directly out to the gorgeous North Shore! Every appliance is here: tea kettle, coffee maker, french press, bean grinder, electric grill, electric range, large oven, ice maker, filtered water, blender, toaster, cookware, bakeware, measuring cups, blender...we've got it all and plenty of cabinet storage space for your groceries!
