Guests are to descend from front lanai to the shoreline by designated set of stairs. At no time should guests climb down or up and over berm of sand.
Guests are to use outdoor showers or hoses to rinse off sand, and remove shoes before entering premises. This avoids damages including clogged drains.
Security: When guest hosts a private event they must make arrangements to pay the event fee with in 24hrs of their reservation. The standard event fee
