Oceanfront 2 Bedroom at Chun's Reef

Beautifully landscaped multimillion dollar gated property, there are two houses situated on this oceanfront property. The house closest to the ocean is occupied by the owner. The rental house is approximately 100 feet from the beach. There is easy access as well as an outside showering facility. This home has been recently renovated, and has central air conditioning in all rooms. It has two comfortable bedrooms with queen-size beds, a large kitchen, and large a living room with 10' ceilings .

Known as the surfing capital of the world, this oceanfront property is located just minutes from historic Haleiwa Town and only a half mile from Waimea Falls Park! The unobstructed panoramic view of famous Chun's Reef, Jocko's, and Leftovers (prime surfing spots), will captivate you! Tropical marine life, like sea turtles, whales and dolphins, play just at shores edge, and in this area there are no 'right of ways', so the beach is pretty much yours to enjoy. The beauty of this beach is stunning, with beautiful sunsets almost daily, and views of Kaena Point to Waimea Bay.

My mom and I stayed here for a week, and everything was awesome. The house was nice, clean, gated, and close to the beach on the north shore. The location was somewhat convenience to al the places that we wanted to go to. We will stay here again if we ever return to Oahu. Our host Jim was great. We loved staying here, right next to the beach on the North shore, what could be better. Private beach access at the end of the garden, outdoor heated shower, I even borrowed the surf board that Jim left for us and caught a few waves!

The location was great, and the house was comfortable. The private driveway made the property feel safe. The house isn't oceanfront, as advertised, which was disappointing. You have to walk through Jim's yard and right past his house to get to the beach, which was a little awkward. We also didn't use the outdoor shower except to wash our feet off from the beach since it was only about 30 feet from Jim's house and in his side yard. The yard, as pictured in the photos, wasn't ours to enjoy either, since Jim's house is the oceanfront house and the one we stayed in was behind it, so no ocean view at all.

North Shore stay

Great cottage at a great location. On the beach, nice beach for long walks. Close to downtown Haleiwa and a short drive to Turtle Bay. Would definitely stay there again if available.
