Oceanfront Rocky Point Hale

The Rocky Point Hale is a quintessential North Shore custom built luxury home located at the peak of the famous Rocky Point surf break. The home is situated in a private setting on the point out of view of ocean goers and public beach accesses, yet its location allows guests to view the beaches and the surf from Pupukea to Sunset Beach. Be in the mix on the oceanfront and away from it all at the same time.

The spacious home is situated on over 7,000 square foot of oceanfront property, surrounded by lush vegetation. Custom built by local builder, the environment is incorporated into its design, mixing modern luxury with the simplistic beauty of the oceanfront lifestyle. Return home from a surf, snorkel or beach walk to sit on the lanai with wrap around bench seating or enjoy the sunset from the "surf check deck" nestled in the naupaka bush.

There are four bedrooms; on the second floor is the master bedroom with its own lanai and seating area, two King en-suite's and one King en-suite on the first floor. In two of the bedrooms there are additional twin beds. Also with 6 bathrooms, the Rocky Point Hale offers more than spacious accommodation for up to 10 guests. Downstairs also features a mauka (mountain) facing living room with kitchenette.

This vacation hale is ideal for a surf trip or oceanfront retreat in Hawaii, or a large family vacation on Oahu. Enjoy dining at home and creating fresh island themed meals in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, relax in the bountiful indoor living spaces, and decompress with a cocktail at sunset overlooking the most beautiful beaches in Hawaii. Celebrate the day with a marvelous sunset, after enjoying the crystal blue ocean diving, swimming or surfing. Spend a memorable Oahu vacation at home, and venture in ease to nearby towns of Haleiwa, Kahuku Turtle Bay and Waialua for shopping, restaurants and ocean activities on the North Shore of Oahu.

Epic Location, home, backyard "aka ocean"

My wife surprised me with a birthday celebration for the books. Typically when we book a home we all look at it and then book, but because this was for my birthday I didn't want to see anything or know where it was. From the moment we stepped through the front door my mind was blown. The house is huge and open and whomever decorated should also get props. There was art created from stuff found on the beach, a record player with some classic vinyl. A kitchen that could serves the kings and queens. The view is worth the cost alone. The bedrooms were spacious and inviting. The bed, let me tell you, if I could have figured a way to pack it in my carry on I would have. The master bedroom had a balcony with a couch and work station, made perfect mornings. Water pressure for days in the amazing showers. They had games, toys for the beach, soft sided surf boards, bikes and on and on...The back yard was amazing, you were right at the beach though you had separation with amazing bushes that put you in your own paradise. There was a killer outdoor VIP view of the break with perfection of getting the best view of the surfers. Outdoor shower to wash off from the beach...I could go on and on but I don't think I have the time or space. THIS PLACE IS WORTH EVERY PENNY. If you want to escape from life for a while then look no further, the best night's sleep and bonding with your family and friends. Truly a one of a kind Birthday thanks to my beautiful wife and amazing Host.

North Shore getaway

Fantastic stay on Oahu’s North Shore. Home is tucked away 2 miles from the famous North Shore food trucks, walking distance to amazing snorkeling, hiking, and numerous beautiful beaches. I have never stayed in a home more lovely. The outdoor space is so comfortable and beautiful right on the beach but tucked back with privacy, has outdoor shower that came in so handy! The kitchen has absolutely everything you’d ever need or want….blender, waffle maker, espresso machine, insulated water bottles for your hikes, tumblers for the beach! There are board games,snorkeling gear, bicycles, boogie boards, tons of beach towels, ukulele, pickle ball set, tennis rackets, and even a record player! Bed are the most comfortable with gorgeous high quality linens….I actually came home and bought a mattress topper for myself! All bedroom have AC. The home’s caretaker lives around the corner and was so helpful and attentive, gave me recommendations for hiking and restaurants….even offered to pick up take out one night for my family. Cannot day enough about this home, it’s perfect in every way! Pinch me, I think our stay was a dream ♥️

This house is a surfer and their wife's dream! Right in front of Rocky Point, the house has all amenities, is beautiful, and next best thing to staying at a resort. If there was a daily maid service, I don't think I would have ever wanted to leave! It felt so homey and loved the decor! I can't wait to book our stay again!
