The property is bright and airy, with natural and calming colour pallets found throughout inviting rooms overlooking the surrounding fields and beyond. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the lounge (complete with corner snug) and dining room afford it a natural glow during the day; the perfect places to relax in comfort over a film or plate of something special prepared in the kitchen opposite. A handy utility room and a funky family bathroom stand nearby. A beautifully-appointed king-size bedroom, a deceptively spacious twin bedroom and a cosy bunk bedroom await on the first floor. The enclosed rear garden has been beautifully landscaped with plants, shrubs, grasses and flowers - a tranquil corner for a morning coffee, BBQ supper or just watching the sunset.

Exploring the area around the village is one of the highlights of a stay here, with a footpath running past the property taking you across fields towards Blythburgh Beach, a grassy bank on the River Blyth with access for wild swimming and crabbing at high tide.
