My stay at the Chateau Bedford was truly delightful! The cleanliness and comfort were outstanding, and the service was impeccable. Housekeeping went above and beyond, ensuring everything was spotless. The breakfast was a real highlight—a delicious buffet with plenty to choose from—definitely the best in town! The staff was incredibly friendly, making me feel right at home. With ample parking and beautiful scenery, the Chateau exceeded my expectations in every aspect. I can’t wait to return for another wonderful experience!

Our favourite

We love staying here. Never got to use the pool yet, but the beds are comfortable, rooms are clean. Shower was great. Breakfast offers all you could want. Location is right by the highway but not noisy.

The size of the room was great and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, there was hair and a few stains on the top bed sheet which was not acceptable! This was remedied with new sheets and a big apology! The breakfast was free and pretty good! Also, the elevator was really dirty and never cleaned while we were there! Whole place needs deep cleaning ‼️

This hotel was an absolute nightmare. Our arrival at 10:20 PM was immediately met with chaos. A large group of hockey players were running rampant in the hallways, yelling and screaming. Adults were openly consuming alcohol in public areas, even around children. The noise was unbearable, making sleep impossible. I didn't have the chance to reach my room, becase people were seated in all over the corridor, so I returned to the lobby. I attempted to address the issue with the front desk, but there was no manager on duty. I then tried repeatedly to contact Expedia for assistance, but all calls went unanswered. Frustrated and exhausted, we were forced to book a room at another hotel, incurring additional expenses. I returned my keys, and left without any refund. Expedia's lack of support during this disruptive experience was incredibly disappointing. I strongly expect to be refunded.

Good hotel. Would return.

Stayed here for only 1 night. Bed was comfortable, water pressure in the shower was very good, breakfast buffet was the typical one, in room coffee excellent (nespresso). Staff very friendly. Check in excellent. However. We asked if we were separated from the visiting hockey players, they said we were, but some of the kids were in a room above us (we were on ground floor close to reception). We wanted to go to the pool but there were many loud kids in there. It would be great if there was 1 hour before the pool closes at 11pm that could be kid free. Also many kids running up and down hallways unsupervised.
