We spent three nights here. The first night was not the best. Our room smelled of stale smoke and there was a sheet with blood stains. Had I not prepaid, I would have left. We were given a new room the next morning and it was much better. The staff were very accommodating. The area is not the best as there are a number of folks panhandling. After staying here, I feel it was not worth the money. Staff were excellent, but the property was not.

Not a bad place to stay.

The stay was good. I only have 2 complaints. 1st the pillows, they werent my kind of pillows. To soft but thats personal preference. 2nd, I was waiting inline to speak to the man behind the desk about our AC unit. He was dealing with another costumer, they werent speaking English. Not sure what was being said, but it elavated to yelling. So i just walked away.

The rooms were super clean and fresh decor but the hotel itself lacks updating, no elevator and the breakfast was sub par. Staff was not very nice at check inn, no smiles or welcome or anything
