Parking/check-in was confusing. Room was huge! Should give that extra space to the bathroom area. Hot tub was only luke warm, which was disappointing; but still a nice amenity. Service at breakfast was exceptional.

Discounted room upgrade to a suite with Jet Tub was available; including complementary drinks at the desk. Small kitchen in the room, but with no forks; only knives. :( No room service but the takeout food from the restaurant was excellent. Discount voucher provided for the restaurant was provided upon check in; but declined by the restaurant unless you eat there.( Don’t see the difference as prices are the same ) Above all the small things this hotel is great !!! Great food and a happy smile from everyone as always.

Great for Business or Leisure

New, clean and comfy. Free parking underground or above ground. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve experienced. So many choices! We also ate at the restaurant and had a drink at the bar. All was great. Check in and out was friendly and seamless. Microwave and Fridge in room. I loved that they had a clothes steamer instead of an iron. Quicker and safer! Would definitely stay here again.
