Firstly hotel doesn’t have parking that’s so sad as we paying alot while booking for a room after that hotel charges extra for parking ( that’s disgusting) The most disappointing thing is they don’t have microwave in their rooms !! Like how people will manage while staying their Staff don’t even know how to behave professionally!! They judge people with their clothes .like my friend was in normal clothes ( night suit) one of employees called him while he was in the lobby rudly asked about room number like seriously its seems he is judging him !!!

I was aware that the hotel is under renovations but it is not clear the degree of what’s being done. The hotel itself was dirty, hard to find if you’re not from the area, no one came in to clean the room even though they asked if we would like house keeping and I said yes. The view from our window was the pool (which is undergoing renovations) so all you could see was the ripped apart pool. 122 should not be a room during this time in my opinion. Also parking was brutal and then having to access the hotel after parking in the parkade you had to go outside and then in through a different door but there’s no signs anywhere that tell you this and if you check in late the outside doors are locked and you basically have to sit outside and freeze until someone with a keycard comes to let you in. I personally would never stay again

Yes everyone was friendly. I don’t feel we can give a fair review as the hotel was still under renovations. I felt because none of the amenities were available, our parking could’ve been included in the price.

Been going here annually. Hotel bar was closed for Reno's, temp bar was only open a limited time and bartender had very limited experience. Room tv had no streaming ability which in years prior it did. No pool. Had I known most of the hotel was under construction I would have booked else where

Staff was great but when we arrived our TV wasn't working. Pool was out of commission which to be fair they had that listed if you clicked around you could find. They also did send a message but because I missed it initially and I bought a package deal I didn't want to make changes in case I messed something up so just something to note.
