Great hotel with the BEST staff

Staff were wonderful as always! It was really nice to be welcomed back specifically when we were checking in having stayed at the property a few weeks ago. That little acknowledgement is what makes the Prince George special. Staff always find opportunities to make sure guests feel valued. Shout out to Kay for being awesome!

The pool was closed for maintenance but staff were quick to offer compensation. The restaurant which we were looking forward to dining at was also closed but food at the lobby bar was delicious! Staff also treated my husband to a thoughtful surprise for a special occasion. Hotel was clean, quiet and staff were all very welcoming and accommodating. Would stay here again.

Delightful Stay

Used to stay at the Prince George Hotel during my business trips to Halifax and always enjoyed the experience. Friendly, professional staff, always helpful. The location was perfect for our purpose - 5 to 10 min talk to any destination. One of the 2 elevators was not in service but not a major inconvenience - got my exercise using the stairs to 5 floor. I like to book directly with the hotel

The property was very clean and facilities were great. Location is great. My kids enjoyed the pool, the hot tub/sauna/gym/pool area was terrific. Clean, lots of towels and everything was in working order - which seems to rarely be the case. The washrooms in the gym area were single stalls that had showers in them and included toiletries and towels. My husband was able to hit the gym early and shower here without waking up the kids. The room had a lot of small touches that we appreciated. It had all toiletries, a wine opener, fridge had wine in it but still space for us to add our own items. The cleaning card that you put on the door had an option to add a time you would like your room cleaned, and to select any items you may need for the room or to have them address. Lots of small touches I didn't realized I needed until I had them! Will definitely stay again!
