No tv for 3 days. Staff not interested. Even when "fixed" it did not work well. Serious for a tv lover. A broken light took 3 requests,and then it was removed, not repaired. Water not hot for a night bath. Rooms not made up unless you ask, but I was not informed of this option.

There was construction happening right next door which started up at 7:30 am. It was also difficult to get into the building being someone with mobility issues.

For the price we were satisfied. The housekeeper, Stella was very friendly, giving us suggestions of what to see and where to go to dine. When we had an issue, staff responded promptly.

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean, but does require work/some modernization. To no fault of their own, the road construction makes it difficult or confusing to find the property. There is also a build taking place directly across the street. That begins at 7AM. Cost for a quick over night in the city was fair. Would stay again

I went onto your site to find a hotel for my grandson as he had a medical appointment in Halifax. I specifically requested establishments that would allow an 18 year old and this one popped up. When he got there, they wouldn’t let him stay because of his age. He was then forced to drive around looking for a place to stay.

There was no lock on the inside of the door, only the outside, eerie! There were no covers on the outlets. The A/C was broken and they had a portable one in the room, which was nice, but it was taped into the window, which made it very noisy in the room. There was a power bar running all the appliances. There was no phone or cable, I was expected to put in my own info to access most tv. Overall it was not a great experience.

An older hotel which looked recently renovated. For the price it was good. Right by a highway and we did not hear any noise from it. The lamp from the parking illuminated through the curtain making the room bright which was really my only complaint. Not a big deal though. Breakfast in the morning was better than expected with fresh fruit yogurt and toastable pancakes/frenchtoast etc.. Friendly helpful staff.

The hotel is right next to a construction site and the highway. It was so noisy we couldn’t sleep. The second night the people in the next room partied all night. I could not call the front desk because the phone in the room did not work. There was barely enough hot water for a shower and the wifi kept cutting out. I would not recommend this hotel.
