Hi there I came in from a long journey and was booked with your Standard Queen room- the room was dated- looked awful and I was not happy as I paid $160 + taxes- I was upgraded to your business floor but the carpets were old & stained, the walls had stains - it was in very poor condition. I could've paid the same price elsewhere and gotten a better room. I did not feel comfortable and above all the price of the room did not match the quality. Your staff was apologetic and very customer focused but the room was not adequate for the price that I paid. I would like to stay at your Hotel as the location is good but not at the price or condition of your hotel. I honestly should have cancelled my reservation and booked elsewhere- sorry for this review but not worth the money you were charging for any of the rooms. Thanks

It was in a great location, close to the waterfront and lots of restaurants to choose. Front desk staff were impersonal and could have been friendlier and more welcoming. Rooms were spacious and clean, beds and pillows comfortable and more than enough towels. Carpets could do with an upgrade as they were somewhat stained in both rooms we reserved. Restaurant was great for breakfast and a wide variety.

Quiet, older hotel. Yes, it’s dated, but it was clean and comfortable. The bed was really comfy. Our room was large and not stuffed full of furniture. You could even catch the 320 bus from the airport, it drops you off 1/2 block from the hotel. You are really close to the Waterfront, and close to good restaurants . We would stay here again!

Good morning, - We didn’t like the fact that there wasn’t food available for 24 hours. -Also, the parking is a bit of a hassle. -It would be nice to have a fan in the bathroom. -Also, for people taking certain medication requiring injections, it would be good to have a sharps container on each floor, possibly where the ice machine is located. -The TV was excellent however there is no onscreen TV guide available. -lastly the soap and hair dispensers in the shower are extremely difficult to dispense. The hotel met our requirements. It is quiet, clean, excellent customer service, and excellent water pressure in the bathroom shower. We will be staying here again and would recommend this hotel to our friends. Thank you, Karen and Mike

I stayed for 2 nights and so I did not use many of the facilities. The room was comfortable. The hotel is walking distance from the railway station and right opposite the airport bus stop, as well as an easy walk to the waterfront and citadel. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was very good and the staff were friendly.

The sheets are like sleeping in parchment paper. Convenient location but no parking, they however help validate parking with a parking facility 6 mins away. This hotel needs major renovations, it's very dated and has mold, dust and damaged walls.

It was in a walkable area to most things we did in the city. I did contact the property twice about a roll away bed (not realizing that the room had a pull out couch), but there was no bedding available. We had informed the team about a late arrival (didnt get in until midnight).
