This cozy, newly renovated apartment with a cottage feel is part of the landlord's house but completely private with its own entrance and large, private patio at the back - complete with barbecue and plenty of space for lovely summer evenings.
The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people and is suitable for couples, small families and friends.
There is a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, TV and an extra bed if needed, as well as a fresh bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped to cook just like at home.
The accommodation is located in a quiet and natural area, just a few minutes from the center of Halmstad with its rich selection of shopping, restaurants and culture. You can walk along Nissan, visit Norre Katts Park, Halland Art Museum or the historic castle.
For golf enthusiasts, Halmstad golf course is only 4 km away, and just as close you can reach Tylösand's famous sandy beaches.
Only 600 meters from the house there is also a charming small beach with a pier - perfect for a morning swim or evening swim.
Fantastic walk along the sea
One of the area's gems is the beautiful walking trail that stretches along the coast. Here you can enjoy magnificent views, fresh sea air and lovely paths - ideal for both relaxing walks and longer hikes.
Good to know about the accommodation
Final cleaning is NOT included in the price but can be purchased for a cost of 1000 SEK/booking. Otherwise, the house must be cleaned on departure.
