大浴場は利用していません。いちいちフロントで鍵を借りるのが面倒かな。狭いようなのでそれで10階行って混んでたらまた1階に鍵を返して出直しか、、と思うと億劫。 部屋は清潔ですが何故か天井の壁紙だけ剥がれかけていました。部屋着の作務衣は着心地良かった。駅北口から徒歩10分、歩くにはちょうどいい距離。雨でもアクトシティの建物づたいに近くまで傘なしで来れる。

浜松の駅からは、徒歩圏内。窓を開けていたら、夜遅くまで貨物列車の音が煩かった。お部屋は、古い造りで、ウォシュレットのトイレは、暖房便座の代わりに、便座シートが置いてあった。バストイレはユニットバス。朝食が付いてこのお値段なら、コスパがとても良く、別途大浴場が付いているし、スタッフの対応が良かったので、ちょっとレトロなところもあるが、ビジネスや、お一人様には十分だと思う。

アップグレードが必要な古いホテルです。朝食ルームの整理整頓が非常に悪く、混んでいる時は居心地が悪かった。テーブルと椅子が多すぎて、動物園のようだった。スタッフの清掃も行き届いていなかった。私の部屋のエアコンはとても弱く、そのことを言うとスタッフはこれがベストだと言った。同じ値段なら、駅に近い浜松エリアにもっと良いホテルがあります。

朝食が最高に美味しかった

大浴場は屋上のテント作りの為、寒い時はキツイ感じです。しかしお湯の温度は良かったです。 朝食が最高に美味しくて、お祭りで特別メニューだったのか？しめじご飯もあって本当に心がこもったメニューで美味しいかったです。 食堂のスタッフさんもキビキビ動かれていて、とても気持ちよかったです。 駐車場もゼロ円ですし、ウェルカムドリンクのコーヒーも美味しかったです。 またお世話になりたいと思います

・部屋は清潔で心地良かった ・部屋（部屋の階数？）にも依るかもしれないが、ネットが全くつながらない。一晩中、待っても、全くつながらず、非常に不便。 ・周囲にはコンビニが徒歩15分程度の場所にあるが、レストラン等は皆無。チェックインの前に、駅で食事は済ませました。
