One of the most flawlessly designed hotels I’ve ever seen. Everything from the room and facilities furniture and decor down to the cutlery in the restaurant is consistently inspired by the industrial maritime theme that sets Hamburg apart. The atmosphere and the setting are so unique and so beautifully implemented as to be an experience by themselves. On top of that, the service is impeccable, the location as central as it gets, and many thoughtful details — from the jogging kit to the free minibar — make the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Saubere und originell gestaltete Zimmer, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, gute Lage, auch gut mit den ÖV erreichbar, ruhige Zimmer. Rundum zufrieden.

Gute Lage, Restaurant zum Frühstück eng und unbequem. Toiletten im Keller viel zu dunkel. Reception zu wenig Personal, lange Wartezeiten.

Schöner Design jedoch nicht alles praktisch. Herzlicher Empfang. Das Frühstück war gut für 4 Sterne Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr kalt. Die Lüftung auf Auto programmiert und kalt. Heizkörper sind nicht brauchbar?????. Wir haben eine 2. Bettdecke verlangt. Die Reinigung des Zimmer musst besser sein. Der Teppich war nicht gesaugt. 😩 Das „Heimat“ Restaurant war sehr gut, nur die Gemüse Suppe nicht 😵‍💫
