Simpel,sauber und netter Empfang!

Für einen 2 Nächte Kurztrip perfekt! Am Empfang bekommt man nötiges Zubehör welches im Zimmer fehlt. Ein Raucherbalkon auf dem Gang. Leider keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern oder im Empfangsbereich wo das Frühstück serviert wird. Penny Markt, fast Food und massig Tankstellen in Blickweite. 10min entfernt verschiedene Restaurants für jeden Geschmack. Würde das Apartment auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt empfehlen!

Liebe Gäste, herzlichen Dank für Ihre sehr gute Bewertung. Statt Klimaanlage bieten wir unseren Gästen Ventilatoren zur Abkühlung an - eine einfachere, jedoch umweltschonendere Alternative. ;-)

Könnte besser sein...

Die Idee ein preiswertes Appartment mit Küchenzeile anzubieten, ist zwar gut, nur an der Umsetzung hapert es noch. So sorgt beispielsweise ein Portier, der nur zu bestimmten Zeiten vor Ort ist, sicher nicht für ideale Urlaubsbedingungen. Schon gar nicht wie über Ostern. Wo von Karfreitag bis einschl. Ostermontag kein Ansprechpartner vorhanden war! Lediglich die telefonische Hotline in Berlin. Nur konnte uns von dort aus nicht geholfen werden, auch ein vereinbarter Rückruf zwecks Umsetzung unserer Wünsche ist unterblieben. Generell empfanden wir das Zimmer als schlecht klimatisiert, was auch durch das Öffnen der Fenster nicht verbessert wurde. Dafür hatten wir dann den Straßenlärm zu ertragen. Wie geschrieben, insgesamt betrachtet ist die Idee gut, nur sollten zahlreiche Verbesserungen getätigt werden. Auch wenn eine Übernachtung dadurch etwas teurer würde, ist dies immer noch besser, als dass sich Gäste im Urlaub etc. mit solchen Dingen wie Ansprechpartnersuche, Erweiterung/Auffrischung der Zimmerausstattung befassen müssen...
