clean but sterile decor in rooms

Had to check in a few hours early.. reception staff was very friendly and helpful. helped make several prints from their printer. Rooms however, where clean and comfortable but somewhat small, austere and lacked some practical/functional features like towel bars and hooks in the bathroom.

Read positive reviews about the hotel however located in unsafe area of town. Used train and bus to reach hotel and didn’t feel comfortable at all. Room was very noisy as well and couldn’t sleep due to notice from adjourning room. Staff was very cold and uninviting.

Nettes Hotel in gutem Pflegezustand und idealer Anbindung.Bushaltestelle vor der Tür.Nette Cafes und Restaurants mit Charme sind fussläufig in Elmsbüttel zu erreichen.
