Das Badezimmer war nicht sauber. In der Dusche hatte es Schimmel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat die Anliegen ernst genommen. Standort ist Perfekt für die Stadt oder Reeperbahn.

Während Covid muss man auch das Reisen umdenken - im nh Hamburg waren die Massnahmen ausreichend, auch wenn wir uns gewünscht hätten, alle Gäste hätten eine Maske z/gg.seitigen Schutz getragen. Dies sei jedoch in HH (noch) nicht Vorschrift, so die Aussage an der Reception. Das Frühstück wird in vorgängig vereinbarten Zeit-/Schichtenbetrieb durchgeführt.Da die Gäste á la Carte bedient werden (keine Selbstbedienung am Buffet), zieht sich alles in die Länge - v.a. das Warten auf einen frisch ‚desinfizierten‘ & gedeckten Tisch (10-15‘ Wartezeit ist normal). Das Service-Personal (t.w. aus Spanien mit begrenzter DE-Sprachkenntnis) versucht, dieses Manko mit freundlicher Art zu kompensieren. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und schlicht-modern eingerichtet (inkl. Nespresso-Kapselmaschine mit jeweiligem 3-Kapsel-Kontingent). Hoteleigenes Parkhaus (Max.höhe 1.90) mit direktem Fahrstuhl-Zugang zum Hotel. Die U-Bahnstation Messehallen ist in 5 Geminuten erreichbar. Etwas weiter weg ist diejenige von St. Pauli, von wo aus auch gleich die Reeperbahn führt. Landungsbrücken sind in 15 Gehminuten erreichbar. Wir fanden, das Hotel bot ein gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Sehr geehrte Veronika, ganz herzlichen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben Ihren persönlichen Eindruck des vergangenen Aufenthaltes in unserem Hotel so detailliert zu schildern. Es freut uns, dass Ihnen die Zimmer gefallen haben und auch, dass unsere Lage ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ihren Städtetrip war. Ebenso aufmerksam haben wir jedoch auch Ihre Worte über den Service beim Frühstück gelesen und bedauern, dass Sie hier nicht den gewohnten NH Standard erfahren konnten. Diese Zeiten sind für alle eine große Herausforderung vor allem weil wir in Hamburg noch kein Buffet anbieten dürfen. Durch die verschiedenen Auflagen sind mehr Handgriffe und Serviceschritte erforderlich als je zuvor. Wir werden aber jeden Tag ein wenig schneller und routinierter und freuen uns immer, wenn es uns gelingt auch trotz der vielen Einschränkungen unseren Gästen einen im positiven Sinne erinnerungsreichen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Für ein zwei Nächte ist es i.O. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, ebenso der Badbereich. Bis auf den völlig ekligen Fön war es auch sauber. Das Personal im Frühstücksbereich war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück selbst war sehr gut, trotz der Einschränkungen durch Corona. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war die Sauberkeit in den Fahrstühlen und auf den Fluren, insbesondere im Empfangsbereich. Es sah alles ziemlich überholungsbedürftig aus. Die Lage des Hotels ist zu empfehlen, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist kann man prima alles erreichen, was in der Innenstadt liegt.

Sehr guter Service an Rezeption, Zimmer sehr geräumig und modern ausgestattet. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die kleine Tiefgarage.

Die Sauberkeit und Lage war sehr gut und das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und kompetent wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
