Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Ebenfalls war das Gesamtpaket sehr stimmig. Das Einzige was ich zu bemängeln habe, was aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau ist, war das Essen im Bistro. Es war nicht schlecht, aber ich hatte etwas mehr erwartet. Das Risotto, welches ich gegessen habe war etwas fade. Ich kann jedoch nachvollziehen, das hier der Koch/die Köchin sich sehr ins Zeug legen muss, um ein Menü zu gestalten, was auf alle kulturellen und/oder religiösen Unterschiede passt. Alled in Allem war es ein sehr gutes Hotel, werde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Grosse, moderne Zimmer mit grossem TV und Regenwalddusche. Late Check-out gegen geringen Aufpreis möglich.

Die Unterkunft besitzt sehr große und geräumige Zimmer, was sehr schön ist. Auch das Badezimmer ist schön eingerichtet, gerade die große Dusche ist vom Vorteil für zwei Personen! Das Highilght des Zimmers war die Beleuchtung des Betts. Das Bett besaß nämlich eine farbige LED-Kette, diese war hinter dem Bett angebracht und man konnte diese in allen erdenklichen Farben anmachen. Die Sauna sowie der Sportbereich waren auch sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Geschmackssache sind die sehr großen Fenster des Hotels (Ca. 2 1/2 Meter hoch). Einziges Manko war das Frühstück. An dem Essen an sich ist nichts zu beanstanden, jedoch gibt es kein Buffet und somit werden sämtliche Essenswünsche durch die Mitarbeiter gebracht. Leider standen an unserem Morgen nur zwei Mitarbeiter zur Verfügung, weshalb die Wartezeit sehr lange war. Unseres Erachtens könnte man entweder ein Buffet herrichten, oder mehr Mitarbeiter zur Verfügung stellen.
