Extremely rude staff told me I couldn´t stay there because I arrived with my dog. I made alternate arrangements for the dog to stay but they were not good enough for the night auditor. He told me he would give me a refund took my credit card number but then when I asked for it in writing he said he can´t because he doesn´t have the authority and that I would have to talk to the manager.

We find this property , number one, in not a desirable location, has no shuttle to the train/bus station and the room very small.

Great Stay at Holiday Inn Express

Hotel room was very clean, and the service was great. Delicious breakfast, too. Quiet room and the hotel is near the Central Station. Few activities in the area.
