My stay at premier inn on was an absolute disaster due to shockingly unprofessional staff. Upon arrival, I was brusquely told my Expedia reservation was invalid because “Expedia is a third-party company” and they had no room available . This caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. When I tried to resolve this by making a direct reservation, the staff’s rude and dismissive attitude was infuriating. After much hassle, it turned out my Expedia booking was valid all along—a fact they should’ve confirmed from the start. This incompetence and hostility ruined the experience. Premier inn needs a serious overhaul in staff training and reservation handling. Avoid this place until they get their act together.

Localização excelente, com metro a estação Meßberg (U1) em frente. Quarto e banheiro muito bons, pena que não tenha um frigobar. Café da manhã excelente. A equipe toda muito simpática, inclusive o senhor que nos atendeu no check in. Com certeza voltaríamos.
