My stay at premier inn on was an absolute disaster due to shockingly unprofessional staff. Upon arrival, I was brusquely told my Expedia reservation was invalid because “Expedia is a third-party company” and they had no room available . This caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. When I tried to resolve this by making a direct reservation, the staff’s rude and dismissive attitude was infuriating. After much hassle, it turned out my Expedia booking was valid all along—a fact they should’ve confirmed from the start. This incompetence and hostility ruined the experience. Premier inn needs a serious overhaul in staff training and reservation handling. Avoid this place until they get their act together.

Flott hotell fin beliggenhet nærme Rådhusplassen,Ubahn rett utenfor hotellet hvis man trenger det også.Man hørte heller ingenting til trafikken utenfor heller.

En general el hotel está muy bueno, lejos del ruido, aunque muy cerca del centro (10 min caminando). El problema es que la habitación se entrega a las 3 de la tarde y para las personas que llegamos temprano se tiene que esperar mucho. También quiero aclarar que solo dan una botella de a agua por estancia y las siguientes se tienen que comprar a un precio de 3.00 euros. También se pide que el Sr. Helmut que recibe a los huestpedes sea un poco mas amable.

Dejligt nyt hotel beliggende centralt i forhold til Speicherstadt og Altstadt. Tæt på U-bahn og kun 10 min gang fra Hauptbahnhof. God morgenmad og rummeligt værelse.

Quarto pequeno para 3 pessoas. Se tiver com muitas malas, não cabe. O quarto não dispunha de frigobar/mini refrigerador, algo que faz bastante falta (especialmente no calor, para ter sempre água). O hotel informa ter estacionamento, mas o custo de 40 euros por dia é absurdo.
