Stayed for 3 nights - room was not serviced/cleaned once, requested clean towels and toilet paper which was not provided. - Fantastic location and the staff were generally friendly when approached although requests for fresh towels were not met. - Upon arrival rooms were clean and tidy and although not the biggest were ideal for what we required.

Vi havde et rigtig fint ophold i forbindelse med halvmarathon. Morgenmad fint, værelse fine og rene, parkering i kælder til 25 euro pr.nat og der var pladser, så slt i alt fint.

Perfekte Lage um Hamburg zu erkunden. Das Frühstück war OK, allerdings zumindest etwas Abwechslung würde ganz gut tun. Bei längerem Aufenthalt wäre ein Schrank bzw. ein Regal ganz praktisch. Die Bar ist 24/7 geöffnet.
