Alles war gut, allerdings ohne Klimaanlage oder Ventilator bei 30 Grad draußen ist im Zimmer echt heiß/stickig.

Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben Ihren Aufenthalt zu bewerten. Wir können gut verstehen, dass es bei diesen Temperaturen in den Zimmern recht heiß wurde. Als 3-Sterne-superior-Hotel verfügen wir, auch aus Gründen der Umweltverträglichkeit, über keine Klimaanlage und stellen unseren Gästen auf Wunsch kostenfrei große Ventilatoren aufs Zimmer. Wir freuen uns, dass es Ihnen sonst bei uns gefallen hat und Sie sich (vielleicht in einer kühleren Jahreszeit) wieder für unser Haus entscheiden.

Was uns etwas fehlte, waren richtige Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten im Zimmer. Es gab lediglich Sonnenblenden, die auch etwas verdunkelten aber "richtige" wären wohl noch besser gewesen.

Die Lage ist wunderbar direkt an der Alster und im Szeneviertel St Georg (Tolle Kneipen und Restaurants). Wir hatten ein Premiumzimmer, da wir mit unserem Sohn 7 Jahre verreist sind. In Wirklich waren es zwei mini Zimmer, durch einen schmalen Flur geteilt, die sehr beengt waren und daher kein behagliches Gefühl erzeugt haben. Die Ausziehcouch war schlimmer als eine Hängematte. Im Erdgeschoss hat man auch alles gehört, was auf dem Parkplatz passiert ist. Man hat uns nach einem Tag ein anderes Zimmer gegeben, welches besser war. Seife war in beiden Zimmern leer. Frühstück ist für 15,-€ wirklich gut. Alle an der Rezeption waren super nett.
