Der Aufenthalt im Super 8 war eigentlich gut. Die Zimmer waren bei Check in sauber und schön eingerichtet. Leider war das Personal überhaupt nicht interssiert ob wir jetzt Gäste sind oder nicht. Wir wollten, dass man uns erklären konnte auf der Stadtkarte, was man alles Erleben kann in Hamburg. Aber uns wurde nur das Hotel durch Aufforderung auf der Stadtkarte gekennzeichnet. Da fanden wir sehr schade. Das Frühstück war gut. Das Zimmer wurde auch nicht richtig geputzt. Das Bett wurde nicht gemacht wie auch das Bad nicht gründlich geputzt. Beim Check-out wurde nicht einmal gefragt wie der Aufenthalt gewesen war.

Der "Putzservice" hat den Namen nicht verdient, ausser Austausch der Handtücher, obwohl sie aufgehängt waren und nicht ausgetauscht werden sollten, wurde gar nichts gemacht. Den "grünen" Anstrich, den man sich zu geben wünscht konnte man nirgendwo wirklich erkennen

Das Super8 ist ein relativ neues Hotel. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück beinhaltet ein grosses Angebot.
