Only ok honestly. The staff were exceptional and the front of house and bar area stunning. But the room was extremely basic for the price paid although the location definitely reflects the price paid. There was no phone in the room so my partner had to go downstairs to request an ironing board and iron to bring up to the room himself. Ironing board was a tiny table top one, but no table top to put it on and discovered it was broken when he got up to the room so couldn't put it together properly. We thought (from the pictures) that we had booked a corner type room (upgrade from the basic standard) which had full windows on two sides, but this was not the case and we were quite surprised to find quite a small room. If we'd known we probably wouldn't have opted for an upgraded room. Lastly I indicated on the booking form we would be celebrating our ten year anniversary and it was a special occasion and would appreciate contact over email to discuss any options for things in the room to make it special. No such email and no acknowledgement. What I would say is that the location and atmosphere in the lobby as well as reception, staff and bar service were extremely good

Cozy, Clean and Rooftop Deck

Beautiful hotel with very comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast. The furniture was unique and comfortable through. Best selection of well designed chairs and couches throughout the building created a cozy atmosphere. The rooftop bar and deck had great service and scenery. Area is very walkable with many sites and restaurants nearby.
