Ideale Unterkunft für einen Konzertbesuch in der Barclays Arena. Nette, saubere Zimmer. Frühstück ausreichend und gut (zu Stoßzeiten sehr viel los). Self-Check-in hat leider nicht geklappt; es war jedoch Personal vor Ort.

Schlechte Organisation an der Rezeption bei der Anreise. Lange Schlange, lange Wartezeit. Organisation beim Frühstück war auch sehr schlecht. Zu wenig Plätze, Gedränge vor den Kaffeeautomaten Punkt hier wäre sicherlich eine Thermoskanne Kaffee hilfreicher gewesen. Schlange vor dem Riesen Kühlschrank. Das Sortiment war auch sehr einfach.

Das Personal war toll, das Einchecken verlief problemlos. Ich hatte zwar ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten gebucht, bekam aber ein Doppelbett, ansonsten sind die Zimmer top.
