I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. I have stayed here many times and this time there were no cups for the coffee, there was old blood stains on the comforter and the bathtub had small hairs - like someone had shaved as well as dirty marks on the shower walls as if the tub had been an after thought or housekeeping was distracted.

I don't like writing bad reviews and something significant has to happen. I wrote this review to warn others. Don't let them put you in room #238 for your own safety. The headboard is secured by glue and nails?? I hope they repaired it so it doesn't come off as easily. They could also pin a $250 bill to your stay

The room was very clean, and staff were excellent. Not the best view in the world but that's no big deal. My key card stopped working twice which was kind of inconvenient, but the front desk were very helpful both times.
