Unfortunately when I arrived my reservation was wrong (1 bed instead of 2 beds which I had booked) so the staff had to find another room for me. The staff were helpful and able to find a room for me right away.
The room in general was good. The beds were comfortable and had comfortable, quality linens.
The bathroom had a few problems, including a small permanent stain on the toilet seat which I'm sure was disinfected by the cleaning staff, but was unpleasant to look at. The sink did not drain properly and it would take about 5 minutes for a small amount of water to drain, which is really unpleasant when you are brushing teeth. The toilet had a plumbing problem in the middle of the night, where the chain/flap valve didn't sit properly and the toilet wouldn't stop running. Luckily I know how to fix this and was able to fix it myself, but it was not pleasant to do so. Lastly, I found 1 towel had stains on it. Again, I'm sure it was cleaned properly but should be taken out of circulation.
It would be nice if the hotel updated their 'plug' situation so that we could charge our phones and ipad from the base of the light fixtures, as is common in hotels. We had to pull the bed-side table out so that our charger could fit into the wall, and we had to take turns because there was only 1 plug available in the wall.
