The hotel was new and very clean but the area was very safe with shady people all around the whole area. We had to walk to our venue and had to constantly look over our shoulders. Streets and doorways cluttered with garbage. Very disappointing to see this when Hess Village used to be the place to hang out in my day. Not now! Service in the hotel was very good. Great gym to workout in with lots of floor space

The hotel is new, everything was very clean. Room is very spacious. I particularly liked the foyer entrance allowing a place for messy shoes and snowy boots without being on the carpet. The hotel was also very close to the new TD Coloseum which made it great to attend a concert, as it was walking distance to the venue. It was also great to have breakfast provided- great food choices.

The room was clean and good for what I needed it for! The parking situation was unclear and could’ve had more signage and breakfast took a long time to be restocked but overall it was okay!

This is a new hotel and I stayed there for the first time as I was from out of town going for a medical procedure. The staff were pleasant during check in. Parking is extra and costs $20 a day. Breakfast is included but options are limited. One nice touch is they have a packaged

Check in was fast and courteous. Room was spotless, breakfast good too. The breakfast area was also decorated beautifully. Would stay here again if I ever go back to Hamilton. And the hotel was very close to many restaurants, and about a seven minute walk to TD Arena.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay! Clean rooms, and all the amenities that we needed. Delicious breakfast and coffee too. The staff were awesome and very helpful. We were even greeted by the owner upon our check in. Definitely recommend.
