This was one of the best stays I’ve had in a hotel in a long time. The staff was outstanding and very accommodating. The lovely person taking care of breakfast was so helpful (as we have an allergy in our family) she was quick to check labels and ensure we were safe. Lots of breakfast options, and it was spotless. Maintenance staff was excellent- I broke something in the room and he came and fixed it with ease and was very professional and kind. Front desk clerk and manager were so friendly, helpful and kind. Room, hallways, pool, gym and breakfast area were immaculate. Minutes from all of the restaurants and the hospital we needed to go to and from multiple times a day. It is a new hotel (2023) I believe. I felt safe and comfortable for our multi-day stay. Thanks to everyone there for all of your help and service. Easy to get too, on and off the highway.

Finally we had a nice stay at a hotel. The first room he had the bath didn't work it didn't hold water but we contacted the front desk and he came up right away looked at it it didn't work so he changed just rooms very satisfied with customer service as it's been a very long time since we have had a good customer service we love going to Hamilton twice a year this is definitely going to be here next day again

Everything about this stay was wonderful. Easy digital check in and check out. Used the digital key to access everything. Parking garage is clean and bright. Entire property is in new and clean condition. Free hot breakfast. Pool was nice and warm.

Hotel was quiet, clean and fairly new. Had no issues with anything. The pool was warm, which was nice on a cold winter day. The gym has new equipment; treadmill, peleton bike, elliptical and weights. Breakfast had a great variety and coffee tasted good.
