Once left in disrepair, this stunning historic home has been completely and lovingly restored inside and out, with meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship. The result is something truly special: a showpiece property just one block from Hamilton's vibrant main street and within easy walking distance of Missouri Star Quilt Company.

Look out the window and you'll spot the World's Largest Spool of Thread. You really can't get closer to the heart of Hamilton than this.

With five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and 10 beds, this home is built for groups who want to be together. The large open kitchen, dining room, and family room flow seamlessly into one another, making it perfect for gathering around a meal, spreading out your latest quilt project, or simply enjoying each other's company.

The Space
Every inch of this home has been thoughtfully appointed for comfort.
