We checked in Friday night and within 15-20 minutes, we were in 3 different rooms. First room there was no fridge and the AC didn’t work. Front desk moved us to a room on first floor that was clean and ready for us. I walk into it and there and empty beer cans all over the floor and on top of the bed and dresser and piles of clothes all over the floor. I was livid at this point, we get moved to our 3rd room which wasn’t much better than the first. Hi housekeeping was done on it in the morning. Every time I complained to front desk, all they ever offered was 10% off our next visit which I will never use there. On our last complaint, she offered a massive upgrade to a room that has a “microwave”. Yes because a microwave is gonna fix that mess. No one cared and all disregarded my wife’s and my complaint. Never again! I hope this review reaches everyone who looks at your property!!

My name is Jon I'm a licensed electrician. I stayed here for 2 nights recently and woke up with bed bugs crawling everywhere. Had to throw my stuff out and cancel work the next day. No refund from the motel. Even after I showed them evidence.

We didn’t receive any clean towels after handing in the ones we had used. The free breakfast is unclear… There’s no buffet in the morning. You have to ask the hotel staff for it each day. This isn’t explained at check-in. Finally, the bathroom was clean, but the water was lukewarm. This place is okay if you’re just looking for a roof over your head—nothing more.

I can’t say anything bad about this hotel. Little bit of space in the room for 2 adults and 2 children. And it is worth pointing out that breakfast is an apple, coffee and croissant. But for this price is quite adequate. Clean enough, large, comfortable bath. Friendly staff, available on request.

We arrived late, even after calling the property and letting them know we were coming late, once we arrived the room was not ready. I had to wait for 25 minutes for the floor to dry. In the end, i had to get a mop for myself and dry the floors. So far so good, but the biggest problem was the sheets, they were stained, dirty and full of hairs from previous uses. When i asked the front desk, their solution was to give me clean sheets but i had to change them myself. They also proposed a new room, which at 11:00 pm and after a 10 hour drive seemed the fastest solution to finally rest. Well....the new room had no AC or pillows, and it was 30 degrees. They assured me i was getting the best room in the morning, and i agreed out of tiredness and boredom. Needless to say, i had cero rest that night, and at the next morning the "best room" was the same i was given the day before but properly cleaned and taken care of. I guess i was lucky on the first day that the "best room" was the one i was assigned. However, the fridge was not working and they said they would find a new room....2nd day...no problem solved. I left at 11 am waiting for the hotel staff to solve my problem and move my things, which never hapenned. I received a call at 2:00 pm that they needed me to move so they could clean the room and sell it....i was 2 hours away. My problem was solved at 10:00 pm on the second day...out of 3 i stayed there. This property is extremely dirty, smells of smoke and urine (I witnessed one peeing at the corner inside yhe gorund floor hallway). This location has many trash looking and homeless looking quests. It makes me think this motel is used by thr government to house homeless people. If you can, stsy away from this location.

Quick overnight on way to airport

We only stayed 1 night on our way to the airport, checkin was slow, room was very noisy, we were facing the QEW and all you heard all night was the traffic. We asked for extra pillows as the pillows were very flat and was told they don't have extra pillows to give out. It was only a overnight so it sufficed, but I would not recommend a very long stay at this hotel

Poor experience but great friendly staff

The air condition doesn’t exist. The window barely opened. Extremely hot and uncomfortable experience inside the room. Bathroom sink doesn’t drain properly.
