The room was clean. I liked the idea of the clothes washing machine but did not use it. They said there was breakfast, and I guess they did. Yoghurt, bread, butter and juice were in the refrigerator. They said there was parking but I was told it was full my entire stay, so I guess there was not parking. But it was quiet and the staff seemed nice.

After booking the room advertised for 3 people we were advised there was only one bed and that a roll away would not fit and supposedly moved to a bigger room. We were charged extra per night for the roll away. The room we had booked was plenty big enough for a roll away and the room should never have been able to take 3 people if it can only have one king bed in it. We feel we were tricked into making the booking and then unnecessarily upsold.

Great location and fantastic staff! Only issue in room is dryer door was falling off (I forgot to tell front desk when we left). Parking is tight; difficult to turn around, I’ve never been a fan of car stacking, but we didn’t have any issues. Everything else was great!

All good except the 3rd floor No lift access. The rooms are big, clean and have all the amenities. The place is nearby to many restaurants. All and all quite and convenient place.

Friendly staff and good location. Evidently an old building that has been well remodelled. However, our room 110, with only one high window could be very problematic if there was an emergency. Really should be better equipped.
