Absolutely loved the view of the lake. Dining room was great. Bedroom Balcony and patio doorway was very dirty. Easy access from the QEW is a bonus. We would return. Continental Breakfast rates a zero.

We stayed in basement level which had a walk out , the area outside was dirty , bird poop on chairs and patio, doesnt seem they clean this outside area not sure about the upper balconys, this is also the first hotel we have stayed at that didnt have anywhere to hang up your clothes except hooks on bathroom door, the furniture was not functiinal for the room , there was 1 hook on the wall but it was pulled out of wall and unuseable, Tv only offered antenna tv, so maybe 8 channels, they offer coffee and fruit in lobby which would have been nice , but they had no milk or cream to put in it, they had a indoor pool which was nice to use, and the marina was fantastic, we were treated very well by marina staff , would definetly revommend the marina, the hotel charges an additional resort fee on top of the cost of room, i guess because of the water view, but the hotel itself is very lacking .

I took a shower in the evening when I arrived as well as the next morning. I had the water on full hot and both times it was just barely lukewarm enough to have a really quick and unpleasantly cold shower.

Lovely room with great balcony and views across Lake Ontario. However two deficiencies of concern to any future booking. 1. No elevator so have to carry luggage up two flights of stairs. When one is older or have mobility issues this id a problem 2. no internet connection for the second cellphone notwithstanding it says there is an internet connection. Reception staff were unable to fix the problem. We went to an outside repair shop who found no problem with the cellphone.

We had a nice day. We love the location of the hotel. Little disappointed that there is no longer maid service. It would be great to have a microwave in the room. Honestly, it's the only hotel I've ever been to. That does not have a microwave for the guests In their rooms Although there was one on the property for guests to use. I was a a little disappointed because I asked for a high floor and I was put in the basement. But we frequent this hotel often and we will be back.

The property was close to the venue we were attending. However with guests above you it was very loud and well as when the shower from above was turned on it was like being in the same room as the other guest.

I discovered a hidden gem! Although the hotel is right by the highway, the rooms face a beautiful lake view—stunning at sunrise, sunset, and even throughout the day. It's remarkably quiet. The staff work hard to provide the best service possible, despite the hotel being partially renovated and operating with limited resources.
